This is 67 years old lady who fell on her outstretched hand and came to me with this dislocation of the right shoulder joint.
Shoulder joint is the most commonest for dislocation in the whole body.
Usually quite easy to reduce without any anesthesia in the acute stage. But she is quite sensitive , I have to manipulate under anesthesia to achieve the reduction.
